Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SSA Payroll (the "Service") operated by Fortunatus Dynamic Enterprises ("FDE", "we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SSA Payroll provides Kenyan payroll computation, payroll-run management and statutory filing support. Statutory computations follow published rates from KRA, SHA, NSSF, NITA and relevant Kenyan legislation.

2. Not tax or legal advice

The Service assists with computation and record-keeping. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying filings against KRA, SHA and NSSF publications before submission.

3. Subscriptions & pricing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in KES per the pricing published at /pricing. Founding-member pricing, once granted at signup, is not increased on renewal for the life of that continuous subscription. Trials are 14 days without payment details.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. FDE processes personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & limits

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Employee caps and other plan limits are enforced.

6. Termination

You may cancel any time. On cancellation we retain records for the periods required by Kenyan tax and employment law, then delete them on request in accordance with our retention policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FDE's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
